We are seeking a solicitor with 2+ years' PQE who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward‐thinking team handling a broad range of high‐quality corporate and commercial matters.
You will advise a varied client base including SMEs, owner‐managed businesses, and larger corporate organisations. You will be responsible for a caseload of corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work.
