What You Will Do
- Manage and deliver the endâtoâend process for Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR), PreâAction Protocols (PAPs), and other information requests from third parties and employees.
- Proactively ensure compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), embedding best practices across the organisation.
- Analyse employee master data and team activity reports using advanced Excel skills to support decisionâmaking processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address sensitive data access requests effectively and efficiently.
- Prioritise and organise your workload to meet tight deadlines while maintaining highâquality standards.
- Make swift, riskâbased decisions, demonstrating critical thinking and problemâsolving abilities.
What You Will Bring
- Previous experience in a similar role or sensitive business area.
- Strong knowledge of data subject access rights, particularly the right to access.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Resilience, energy, and enthusiasm, with the ability to deliver results under time constraints.
- Experience of working within HR shared services and with People Data systems (e.g., SuccessFactors Plus) is desirable.
