Responsibilities
- Act as No.2 to an experienced Partner on a broad range of complex matters
- Handle a varied caseload of high-value commercial litigation disputes, including contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, restrictive covenant breaches, banking and finance litigation, intellectual property disputes, professional negligence claims, procurement disputes and asset recovery matters
- Manage your own files while supporting on larger, more complex claims
- Work with clients across a diverse range of sectors and industries
Skills Required
- Qualified Solicitor with 4-5 years' PQE in commercial litigation
- Strong technical ability with experience handling complex disputes
- Keen to engage in business development and networking activities
