The Opportunity
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is supporting a leading service provider in their search for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join its existing Sales and Marketing team. This is a pivotal role that will help drive the business forward.
The Role
- Primary responsibilities will be to open doors, generate leads and secure initial meetings.
- You will promote the business in its chosen industrial markets (pharma, logistics/warehousing, food and beverage, aerospace, automotive) and be the bridge between our technical experts and clients, ensuring every proposal is cohesive, innovative, and aligned with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities for FM Services within the industrial sector (pharma, logistics, food & beverage, aerospace, automotive).
- Generate leads and secure meetings to open opportunities; deliver business proposal presentations.
- Support the wider sales team to ensure bid submission deadlines are met.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales to develop win themes and impactful postâtender presentations.
What You'll Bring
- Proven business development experience within the commercial or industrial facilities management sector.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel.
- Basic Office 365 experience for bid documents and presentations.
- Salesforce CRM experience desirable.
- Exceptional communication, able to interpret complex requirements and translate them into winning narratives.
- Selfâstarter; comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
