On behalf of our partner primary school in Waltham Cross, we are currently appointing a high-calibre Qualified Primary Teacher (QTS mandatory) for a full-time, long-term vacancy starting in September 2026. Key Responsibilities

  • Safe and Positive Atmosphere: Establish an orderly, upbeat, and encouraging classroom community built on mutual kindness, clear boundaries, and emotional reassurance.
  • Parental Partnership: Keep up transparent, constructive, and regular dialogue with parents and guardians regarding their children's behavioural developments, personal growth, and academic successes.
  • School Community Integration: Contribute meaningfully to year-group planning, staff briefings, inset training days, and seasonal school events.
What You'll Bring to the School
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Mandatory. A verified background of successful teaching within a UK primary school framework. Applications from both experienced practitioners and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are highly encouraged.
  • Curriculum Fluency: A comprehensive, modern understanding of primary school pedagogy, core subject progression, and effective phonics, literacy, and numeracy techniques.
