The Role

  • Part-time, shift-based (including evenings and weekends)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcome guests and create a calm, positive first impression
  • Manage bookings, payments, and day-to-day enquiries
  • Support classes, retreats, and visiting practitioners
  • Set up and reset studios and treatment spaces
  • Keep all areas clean, organised, and beautifully presented
  • Help with admin, stock checks, and basic reporting
  • Support health and safety processes, including pool testing

What We’re Looking For

  • Friendly, confident, and naturally guest-focused
  • Organised, practical, and able to juggle tasks
  • Proactive with a hands-on approach
  • Comfortable working solo and as part of a team
  • Flexible with shifts
  • Experience in hospitality, leisure, or wellbeing is a plus (but not essential)
