Key Responsibilities Of The Sales Support
- Act as the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses
- Manage and update customer information within the CRM system accurately
- Provide quotations and follow up with customers to maintain engagement
- Support customer visits, training sessions, and associated logistics
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to support customer interactions
- Ensure all communications reflect a high level of professionalism
- Assist with general administration and wider sales team activities
The Ideal Sales Support
- Experience within a customer-focused role in a technical environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office packages
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to manage and prioritise workload effectively
- Fluent English (second language desirable)
