What You Will Do

  • Support delivery of Procurement Enterprise Missions / projects through proactive engagement, facilitation, tracking, reporting and risk management.
  • Act as a central point of contact for Procurement teams, helping guide and coach projects through relevant governance gate processes.
  • Drive adherence to gated processes by tracking KPI delivery across time, cost benefits, risks, deliverables and resourcing.
  • Maintain clear reporting systems and produce accurate, concise programme metrics for senior visibility, including milestone and status reporting.
  • Facilitate governance forums and coordinate cross: functional activity to ensure consistent communication and correct application of project gateways.
  • Support issue resolution and continuous improvement by helping refine processes and documenting outputs, agreements, risks and timing.
  • What You Will Bring
  • Experience in complex project management and/or procurement environments, ideally within a cross: functional or departmental setting.
  • A strong understanding of project management principles and the ability to organise work with forward planning and structure.
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills, with confidence working across teams and presenting clearly at senior levels.
  • Strong analytical capability and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point, including creating reports and analysing complex datasets.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines, communicating clearly and following through on commitments.

Working as a Procurement Project Coordinator, you will help enable Procurements connected functions to achieve Enterprise Mission objectives through robust governance, accurate reporting and timely risk communication.

By keeping delivery on track and ensuring the right information reaches the right people, this Procurement Project Coordinator role plays a direct part in strengthening operational and process excellence.
