Role Summary
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing field with a reputation for innovation and quality, is seeking a Finance and Office Administrator to join their fast-paced and dynamic team in Leamington Spa. Responsibilities
- Process purchase invoices and expense claims in Xero and enter details into the cashflow document.
- Check values of customer orders and enter them into the system.
- Allocate estimates and quotes to the tracking system.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Manage purchase requisitions for ad hoc requirements, occasionally raising purchase orders.
- Negotiate with vendors where appropriate.
- Act as the main point of contact for office-related matters.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post.
- Answer the phone and manage the main office door using the intercom system.
- Support senior management with ad hoc requests.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality, including GDPR compliance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Support company events or initiatives.
- Manage the Data-In process.
- Perform any other duties appropriate to the role.
Requirements
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to financial detail.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
