Candidates need a mechanical background, ideally holding a Level 3 or equivalent, and be confident leading a small workshop team. Training on the fleet of forklifts will be provided. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will oversee the day‑to‑day running of the workshop, being the first point of contact for the engineers. You will manage a small team of workshop engineers, ensuring all work is completed on time, parts are ordered, and all health and safety requirements are met.
