The Workshop Team Leader role is available in a highly successful and international manufacturer of forklift trucks. Candidates need a mechanical background, ideally holding a Level 3 or equivalent, and be confident leading a small workshop team. Training on the fleet of forklifts will be provided. Candidates from motor vehicle, plant, or aligned industries will be suited.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop, being the first point of contact for the engineers. You will manage a small team of workshop engineers, ensuring all work is completed on time, parts are ordered, and all health and safety requirements are met.
