About the Role
Provide vital administrative support to procurement and supply chain operations. Assist the Buyer and Procurement Officer with procurement activities, supplier documentation, order placement, freight forwarding coordination, inventory monitoring and more.
Responsibilities
- Prepare purchase orders and manage supplier documentation.
- Place orders using Winman MRP system.
- Use Excel for data entry, reporting and analysis.
- Coordinate freight forwarding services to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels.

- Experience in an administrative, coordinator or scheduler role.
- Any industry background.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
