Wards Pharmacist

Overview Mediplacements are looking for an experienced band 7/8A Wards Pharmacist to work at a hospital in Surrey. The pay for this position is GBP28:GBP36 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an on-going duration.
As a ward pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care and medication management to patients admitted to hospital ED wards.
