Role And Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to maximise efficiency and quality.
  • Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Support the introduction of new products into production.
  • Analyse data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
  • Provide video analysis of best working practices for operators on the shop floor.

Knowledge, Skills And Experience:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field is a bonus.
  • Proven experience as a Production / Manufacturing / Process Engineer in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques.
  • Ability to provide training and development for operators on the shop floor and develop working practices to be followed.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
