Hallam Brothers Ltd currently have a vacancy for a qualified Vehicle Technician / Motor Mechanic to work in our family run garage established for over 80 years. The candidate must have superb attention to detail and have the skills and experience to carry out accurate diagnosis and repairs to all makes of vehicles. A full UK driving license is essential. Land Rover / Main dealer experience would be advantageous.
The Ideal Candidate Would Be:
- Fully qualified and confident to complete all aspects of vehicle repairs to our recognised high standards
- Able to accurately diagnose faults correctly and replace components as required
- Able to work in a clean manner with close attention to detail
- Punctual and reliable
- A sociable and friendly individual to join the team
Benefits:
- Brand New state of the art eight bay workshop with Class 4 and 7 MOT bays
- The latest diagnostic equipment
- 40 Hour working week: Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5 pm. Saturdays available by arrangement
- Overtime available at increased hourly rate
- 20 days paid holiday plus Bank Holidays
- Competitive Salary will be dependent on the candidates experience, knowledge and ability
- This position is for Full Time Employment and is available for an immediate start
