Responsibilities:
- Working closely with a senior consultant, observing refurbishment and industrial surveys taking place in a range of buildings.
- Communicating with clients and members of the public daily.
- Receiving full comprehensive training and completing the P402 qualification.
P402 Training includes:
- Demolition, Refurbishment and Management surveying.
- Legislation requirements.
- Bulk sampling procedures and strategies.
The Right Candidate Will:
- Have a full UK driving license.
