Traffic Marshall

We are seeking an experienced and certified traffic marshall to join our team in Leeds on a large commercial project. This is a long-term contract role starting soon with the potential for extension based on performance, offering a stable and rewarding opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

1. Direct and control traffic flow on and around the construction site to ensure the safety of pedestrians and vehicles.
2. Implement and maintain traffic management plans according to project requirements.
3. Communicate effectively with site personnel, pedestrians, and drivers.
4. Set up and maintain traffic management signs and equipment.
5. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
6. Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

1. Valid Traffic Marshall certification (CPCS or equivalent).
2. Previous experience as a Traffic Marshall on a construction site.
3. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
