Electrical Improver Role Will Involve:
- Assisting with the maintenance of site systems
- Supporting fault finding and basic repairs on machines and control systems under the guidance of experienced engineers
- Helping respond to breakdowns to minimise downtime and support continuous production
- Assisting with equipment installations and upgrade projects as part of the engineering team
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures and contributing to a safe working environment at all times
Electrical Improver Will Ideally Have The Following Attributes:
- Completed electrical apprenticeship or equivalent hands‑on engineering experience required
- Some experience working in industrial or manufacturing maintenance environments

- Comfortable working on a four‑shift rotating pattern (days and nights)
