Private Client Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive Bristol or Kingsbridge: Hybrid Working After Probation. Hawk3 Talent Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client, a respected and long established multi discipline legal firm, who are continuing to expand their thriving Private Client department. With opportunities available in both Bristol and Kingsbridge, this is an exciting chance to join a vibrant, supportive and growing team delivering high-quality, personalised services to a loyal and diverse client base.
The Opportunity: Due to sustained growth, our client is seeking experienced Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives (3+ PQE) to join their well-established Private Client team. You’ll work closely with colleagues across multiple offices, building meaningful client relationships and contributing to a department that is currently very busy and operating in a collaborative, all hands on deck environment. This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys in person client contact, values teamwork, and wants to develop their career within a forward-thinking firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a Varied Private Client Caseload, Including Wills and Powers of Attorney
- Probate and estate administration
- Tax planning
- Court of Protection matters
- Trusts and related advisory work
- Delivering exceptional client care and maintaining strong professional relationships
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across offices to meet client needs
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk management requirements
- Demonstrating consistent fee earning performance
- Contributing to business development and departmental growth
- Supporting the wider team during peak workloads as part of a cohesive, supportive department
Who We're Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years PQE
- Strong experience across a broad range of Private Client matters
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to work harmoniously within a close knit team
- Confident managing a varied and busy caseload
- Enthusiastic about business development and contributing to departmental success
- STEP qualification or SFE membership is desirable, but not essential: training and support are available for the right candidate
- Willingness to travel to other offices when required to support client needs (South West based)
