About The General Manager Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to run this recently refurbished venue, working alongside one of UK’s most dynamic hospitality groups, embracing a hands-on approach to every aspect of the business. You will manage a large team, handling all day-to-day running of the site. Working alongside a very well-established sales and marketing team to drive the sales of this business.
Key Responsibilities
- Be involved in all areas of the business, taking ownership and driving its success
- Ensure the highest standards of service throughout the pub, creating memorable experiences for every customer
- Train, mentor, and develop your management team and staff, fostering growth and loyalty
- Oversee financial and budgeting activities, optimising operations for peak efficiency

- Proven leadership experience with a hands-on approach
- Track record of getting takings up
