In this role you will be a Terminal Support Worker delivering business requirements to customers in line with commercial agreements and Service Level Agreements (SLA) while ensuring safe execution.

Responsibilities
- Support and/or undertake all duties and processes required by the business, customer, or location.
- Maintain records in line with business and customer processes.
- Provide internal and external customer service as required.
- Operate forklift (if required).
- Conduct load examination (if required).
- Act as first responder (if required).
- Perform decant procedures (if required).
- Undertake lifting operations as set out in the terminal SSOW and risk assessments, ensuring all safety aspects are met.
- Carry out container liner bagging where applicable.
- Use harnesses correctly when required.
- Follow site‑specific knowledge, rules and regulations.
- Offer flexibility to maintain delivery to the customer as required.
Qualifications
- Highly motivated and committed to work.
- Flexible approach to shift working.
- Experience of teamwork and lone working.
- Follow instructions from the person in charge.
- Strong safety focus.
- Valid UK manual driving licence.
- Located within a 60‑minute commute of Port Talbot.
- Previous rail experience is a bonus; full training will be provided.
