Are you a Mechanically Biased Service Engineer, Field Service Engineer or Service Engineer seeking a new job out on the road predominantly covering the South of the UK? We are actively seeking a Service Engineer to join a well‑established engineering business based in Telford, Shropshire.
Standard working hours are day shifts Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week). Basic salary up to £40,000 (DOE) with overtime opportunities. Paid at 1.5× for hours over 37.5 per week and on Saturday, double time on Sunday. Bank holidays paid double plus day in lieu.
Roles are predominantly mechanically biased (90%), with some electrical experience preferred.
- Required: Certificate/qualification in Mechanical Engineering (or similar).
- Preference for experience in recycling industry or heavy engineering environment with heavy machinery or equipment.
Company van, laptop, and phone will be provided.
