The Opportunity
As Quality Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating daily quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and leading a small team of quality personnel. Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be a motivated and practical Quality professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
You Will Ideally Possess
- Previous experience in a Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Quality Engineering, or Quality Leadership position within manufacturing
- Experience managing or supervising teams in a production, engineering, or factory environment
- Good working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems
- Proven experience with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality improvement methodologies
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and use inspection and measuring equipment
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem‑solving abilities
- A detail‑oriented approach with a focus on maintaining high standards
- Experience working closely with cross‑functional teams including Production, Engineering, and Operations
