We are recruiting 15 Process Operators on a permanent basis in Telford, Shropshire. The role involves working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (rotating 12 hour days and nights). The starting salary is just under £34,000 per annum, rising to just under £39,500, and then to just under £43,500 once fully signed off and trained.
This role is ideal for candidates who live within a reasonable distance of Telford and have experience in the Food Manufacturing, Food Packaging, or FMCG industries.
What You Will Do- Operate and manage production processes to meet defined standards and ensure product quality.
- Perform plant start-ups, changeovers, and adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve operational standards and efficiencies.
- Maintain accurate records on an hourly and daily basis, completing gap analyses as required.
- Support the training and development of process staff to ensure team success.
- Uphold safe working practices and ensure all observable standards are consistently achieved.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure quality standards are met.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
