A leading UK manufacturing business is seeking a commercially astute Head of Commercial to take ownership of its end:to:end commercial process and help shape a more disciplined, profitable and integrated function.
This is a newly created leadership role, designed to bring structure, clarity and accountability to a commercial operation that has historically relied too heavily on a small number of individuals. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving governance, strengthening cross:functional coordination and driving better commercial outcomes across the business.
A major part of the role will be ensuring the business has clear ownership of commercial activity, with stronger coordination between Sales, Purchasing and Project Management. You will help remove unnecessary complexity, improve decision:making and ensure that commercial processes support both profitability and customer experience.

Salary: up to GBP 90,000 per annum + benefits
Location: Telford (Hybrid Role)
Key responsibilities for Head of Commercial
- : Own the commercial process from order receipt through to project handover.
