About The Role
Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? Join us in a community-based treatment setting, supporting adults with drug and alcohol challenges. You’ll be part of a service that delivers integrated, holistic interventions, covering clinical care, psycho-social support, and wellbeing programs tailored to each individual.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a small caseload and deliver client-centred treatment.
- Provide harm reduction advice and guidance.
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and deliver structured 1:1 and group sessions.
- Support and develop your team, providing supervision, training, and guidance.
- Occasionally conduct urine and oral swab testing to support clinical care.
- Work collaboratively with GPs, hospitals, mental health services, housing, employment, probation, police, and social services to help clients achieve lasting change.
As a Team Leader, You’ll Also
- Work with the Service Manager to ensure KPIs and outcome measures are met.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding protocols.
- Foster strong relationships with partner agencies to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Support flexible service delivery, including possible evening/weekend shifts.
