Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to children.
- Assist with classroom activities, including lesson delivery and resource preparation.
- Help with effective behaviour management.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Deliver targeted support for children with additional needs.
- Mark and track pupil progress in collaboration with the class teacher.
- Contribute to school trips, events, and staff meetings.
Requirements
- Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or equivalent).
- Primary Classroom Experience.
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
- A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to your work.
- The right to work in the UK.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service, or a willingness (we can assist with this).
