This flexible position offers a variety of responsibilities, from general tasks like monitoring attendance, facilitating reading and writing sessions with small groups, and overseeing break times, to providing focused support for students with additional needs or offering one-on-one guidance. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with children individually or in small groups to enhance their learning.
- Serve as a positive role model for both students and colleagues.
- Foster positive relationships with children and their families.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members, including specialists.
- Assist the class teacher in resource preparation and activity setup.
- Help prepare a lesson and tidy the classroom afterwards.
- Provide assistance with lesson plans.
- Support children across the curriculum.

Essential Requirements:
