Responsibilities
- Business development in the South West England and Wales region
- Working closely with direct customers, window and door fabricators
- Delivering a customer centric experience in terms of account management, enhancing their product range and adding volume to fulfil their production capacity
- Working closely with the Commercial and Trade Sales teams to ensure that a holistic sales approach is delivered in your area
- Researching and understanding the opportunities for new business in your area in line with the Company's growth goals
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the construction market in the South West England and Wales, with a network of industry contacts
- Knowledge and previous experience of the fenestration market
- Experience of dealing with Fabricators, Contractors, Installers and Architects
- Target driven with evidence of consistently achieving or exceeding targets

- Sales Incentive Programme (max 40 paid quarterly, plus individual targets: max 10 paid annually)
