Tip Top Job is seeking a Behavioural Support Assistant to work with students who have complex SEMH needs in SEND schools and PRUs.

The role focuses on trauma‑informed support to help students understand emotions and self‑regulate, in small classes with bespoke mentoring.

You will work 1:1 on Individual Behaviour Plans, using sensory breaks and positive reinforcement.

Training like Team‑Teach or MAPA is welcomed, with a pathway toward counselling or behavioural therapy.
