General Operator (Manual Packing)
Location: Swindon
Rate: £13.86/hr + £22 shift allowance
Contract: 6‑month, full‑time, starting immediately. Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with alternating weekly shifts between 07:00‑15:00 and 15:00‑23:00.

The Role
- Work in a regulated cleanroom environment supporting manual packing operations.
- Manually pack product: fill vials according to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assist with material handling and transfer components into the packing area.
- Complete end‑of‑line packaging, labeling, and in‑process weight checks.
- Carry out cleaning and routine maintenance of packing areas and equipment to cGMP standards.
- Log and complete production documentation accurately.
Qualifications & Requirements
- GCSE level Mathematics and English.
- Strong attention to detail, self‑driven attitude, and ability to maintain concentration over extended periods.
- Preferred experience in pharmaceutical, food, or other highly regulated production environments.
- Basic awareness of GMP, GDP, or Data Integrity is highly desirable.
- Background screening (standard check) required for successful candidates.
- Eligible to live and work in the UK.
