Responsibilities
- Following an initial training period, a typical working week will see you spending most of your time in court, prosecuting a broad spectrum of offences and applying your diverse skills to secure effective outcomes.
- The remaining time will be dedicated to preparing cases.
- You will benefit from comprehensive induction training, tailored modules, mentoring, and hands-on coaching, making the role of a Prosecutions Lawyer more accessible to lawyers looking to shift their career path.
Qualifications
- Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors and Barristers that currently hold a valid practising certificate in England and Wales, that have resided in the UK for at least five years.
- Whilst experience in a contentious area of law is preferable, this role is open to lawyers from all disciplines with the desire to learn.
- You should have excellent verbal and written communication, along with the ability to deliver well-reasoned judgments and demonstrate strong decision-making skills.
