You will be working for a local, well established company with a global presence. Your tasks will include:
- Mold Preparation: Assembling, coating, and securing molds or dies according to exact specifications.
- Melting and Pouring: Controlling furnaces to melt raw materials (such as aluminum or iron) and safely transferring the molten material into the molds.
- Operating Machinery: Monitoring, adjusting, and troubleshooting automated casting machines.
- De:molding: Carefully removing the cooled components.
- Finishing and Cleaning: Using tools like abrasive grinders or shot-blasting machinery to remove surplus metal, smooth rough edges, and clean the casted pieces.
- Quality Control: Inspecting finished products for defects, cracks, or air bubbles.
