Our client, a leading independent multi-disciplinary consultancy, has an urgent requirement for a Sustainability Consultant and BREEAM Assessor to join their Sutton based team. The successful BREEAM Assessor / Sustainability Consultant will have the opportunity to work on a variety of medium and large scale projects within the residential, commercial, industrial and education sectors.
Responsibilities
- Undertaking BREEAM and LEED assessments
- Delivering environmental management audits
- Liaising with clients
- Managing projects
- Preparing expert written reports
- Delivering presentations
Qualifications
- Ideally candidates will have a BSc / MSc in a relevant environmental / sustainability / building services discipline
- Membership to an appropriate professional body such as CIBSE or IEMA
Experience
- Demonstrable experience in the management and delivery of BREEAM Assessments, preferably within a consultancy environment
- Candidates with a proven track record in project management will be at an advantage
