Location: Near Royston, Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire border
Salary: GBP12.37 to GBP13.49 per hour (effective from 1st January 2025, linked to competency and qualifications)

This service provides education, care, and therapeutic support for young people aged 9-19 with severe and profound communication difficulties related to conditions such as cerebral palsy, autism, brain injuries, and degenerative disorders.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering high standards of care during daily activities such as personal care, socialising, learning, and therapeutic sessions like hydrotherapy and rebound therapy.
- Building meaningful relationships to empower children and young adults to thrive and develop.
- Maintaining a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment.
- Supporting the development of learning and social skills whenever possible.
