If you currently work in a customer-facing role, you already have many of the skills needed to be a great Learning Support Worker.

Think About It:

We are looking for people with great life skills to support autistic adults in Cranleigh. You'll help them learn new skills, get out into the local community, and live independently.

The Trade-Off:

  • Your patience, empathy, and positive attitude.
  • Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm hours (No weekends/evenings).
  • Comfort with helping with personal care (dressing/toileting).
  • A calm head when handling challenging behaviours.
