- Essential Phonics Expertise: Proven experience delivering phonics interventions (such as Read Write Inc., Letters and Sounds, or Jolly Phonics) to EYFS and Key Stage 1 pupils.
- UK School Experience: Recent experience working within a UK primary school setting is strictly required, with a deep understanding of the current UK Primary National Curriculum.
