Key Requirements
- UK Experience: Recent, verifiable experience (minimum 6 months) working with children in a UK school, alternative provision, or youth setting.
- SEMH and Behaviour Management: Strong understanding of SEMH needs, trauma:informed practices, and de:escalation strategies to support pupils with complex emotional or behavioural challenges.
- Safeguarding and Compliance: An Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to complete one with Randstad).
