We are expanding our team and are looking for dedicated and proactive School SEN Administrators to provide essential support to our client schools throughout Newmarket (Cambridgeshire). This is a full‑time role working from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
- Represent the school in a professional and welcoming manner
- Work within the SEN department
- Ensure reprographics requests are fulfilled on time and undertake general administrative procedures
- Provide general advice and guidance to staff, pupils and others
- Provide general admin support such as photocopying, filing, faxing, e‑mailing
- Assist in completing standard forms and responding to routine correspondence
- Produce lists, information and data as required (e.g. pupil data)
- Undertake typing, word processing and other IT‑based tasks
Qualifications
- Right to work in the UK is essential
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
- 2 recent professional references
- Committed, flexible and enthusiastic
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Considerable experience with the school’s computerised database, SIMS
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to set and work to agreed targets and work schedules
The successful candidate will work closely alongside a dedicated, hardworking and talented staff in an attractive and well‑resourced learning environment and will be guided and supported by the school business manager. The role prioritises the well‑being of students.
