Roles and Responsibilities
- Hands‑on shop floor leadership as the Maintenance Team Leader and escalation point
- Leading and developing engineers, mentoring apprentices
- Resource planning and plant cover
- CMMS analysis, planned maintenance, PMS
- RCA, 5‑Why, FMECA, RCM
- Contractor and supplier management
- Maintenance Excellence roadmap and 5S
- OEM liaison and standardisation
Qualifications
- Completed engineering apprenticeship
- Strong hands‑on engineering background within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
- Proven experience leading people and/or contractors – essential (e.g., Team Leader, Shift Lead or Supervisor)
- Comfortable working in a shop‑floor based leadership role and managing day‑to‑day engineering priorities
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
