Key Duties

  • Work one-on-one with students to provide tailored support.
  • Help students achieve a healthy balance between daily living activities and academic tasks.
  • Improve organisational skills, including effective time management.
  • Assist students in preparing for deadlines by breaking down assignments into manageable steps.
  • Support students in managing stress and anxiety related to their studies or daily life.
  • Guide students in reflecting on their personal and academic experiences.
  • Boost students' confidence by identifying and building upon their existing strengths.
  • Maintain close communication with Randstad and report any student concerns promptly.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

This is a specialist role. You must hold active membership with at least one of the recognised professional organisations at the required level.
