Operations and Finance Lead: Multi-Site (Specialist Education)

Salary: GBP52,000 - GBP55,000 per annum

Status: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract (Full-Time)

Location: North Staffordshire and East Cheshire

The Role

Are you an operational strategist who enjoys the challenge of managing diverse sites? We are looking for a dynamic Multi-Site Business Manager to join the Senior Leadership Team across two of our premier specialist schools. While our educators focus on delivering Outstanding outcomes for students with Autism and complex needs, you will be the engine room: ensuring the business, finance, and infrastructure functions operate at the highest level of efficiency. You will mentor existing administrative teams and act as the primary lead for all non-academic operations.

Core Areas of Impact

  • Financial Stewardship: Full budgetary accountability, resource allocation, and EBITDA performance monitoring.
  • Site Infrastructure: Leading Estates, Facilities, and ICT to ensure a world-class learning environment.
  • People and Compliance: Overseeing HR procedures, ensuring stringent Health and Safety standards, and maintaining regulatory inspection-ready status.
  • Strategic Growth: Working alongside the Headteachers to plan and execute long-term operational goals.
  • Service Excellence: Ensuring Catering and Housekeeping services meet the high standards our students deserve.

Who We Are Looking For

We need a professional with big picture vision and an eye for detail. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy and has the gravitas to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
