Overview: Residential Conveyancing Lawyer, 3+ PQE, Stoke on Trent, GBP 40,000 to GBP 55,000. The firm are seeking a bright, enthusiastic, computer literate Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive, to join their Residential Property department. You will be working in a busy Conveyancing team as a fee earner, covering all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and buy-to-let/investment properties.
Responsibilities:
- Work as a fee earner in a busy Conveyancing team, covering all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and buy-to-let/investment properties.
Qualifications:
- Qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive, or an experienced Conveyancing Executive for this role.
- Confident managing their own caseload.
- Strong communication skills; ability to inspire confidence with clients and maintain composure under pressure.
- Computer literate and able to work accurately and reliably in line with the firm’s risk management procedures.
- Experience in sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and buy-to-let/investment properties.
