Leading the delivery of a major new build multi-room development (e.g., student accommodation, hotel, or build-to-rent) from the ground up to final handover.

Taking full operational responsibility for the site, ensuring health, safety, and quality standards are strictly maintained.
Managing the construction program, coordinating subcontractors, and driving site progress to meet critical deadlines.
Liaising closely with commercial, design, and client teams to ensure a smooth and profitable project delivery.
The Requirements
- Proven track record as a No.1 Project Manager delivering large-scale, new build multi-room schemes for a main contractor.
- Solid experience managing projects from initial groundworks through to fit-out and completion.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large site teams and complex subcontractor packages.
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black card preferred), and First Aid certifications.
