We are recruiting an Asbestos Surveyor to join a leading UKAS:accredited consultancy, delivering housing surveys across the home counties
Salary: GBP30,000:GBP40,000
- Working hours: 37.5:hour work week
- Holidays: 26 days holiday (scaling up to 31 days with buy/sell options), and a full Christmas shutdown

- Lucrative Top:Up Potential: Access weekend compliance re:inspection work at GBP25 per unit
In this role, youll be part of an energetic team managing residential property surveys. Your day:to:day includes:
- Carrying out Management and Refurbishment and Demolition (R and D) surveys on residential properties using a provided PDA.
- Accurately taking samples of suspected Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs).
- Managing your own weekly schedule and ensuring timely submission of survey reports and samples.
Requirements
- Qualification: BOHS P402 (or RSPH equivalent).
- Experience: Proven post:qualification experience as an asbestos surveyor.
