An established facilities maintenance company is looking to expand their division by hiring a permanent AC engineer to work on a static site in Dunstable. You will receive a generous salary and package, as well as progression opportunity and job satisfaction.

Requirements
- Level 3 Diploma/NVQ in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems
- F Gas
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Able to participate in an on-call rota
Day-to-day duties:
- Planned maintenance, reactive maintenance
- Breakdowns and repairs
- Minor installation / Project work
- Carrying out paperwork required (log books, RAMS, permit to work, etc.)
- Overseeing subcontractors
Systems include:
- Manufacturers: Carrier, Daikin, Trane, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Hitachi, and McQuay
- Splits/multi-splits: filter changes, condenser changes, re-gassing
- VRV/VAV/VRF: filter changes, condenser changes, re-gassing
- Close control units (Denco/Liebert) within computer rooms, communications rooms, or data centers
- Versatemp units
- DX Units
- Chillers: condenser changes, re-gassing
- Ammonia Plant
- Gland Packing
- Heat Pumps
