About The Role

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

  • Order and Quote Management: Efficiently process customer orders, manage quotations, and maintain accurate data within our ERP and CRM systems.
  • Customer Advocacy: Resolve customer inquiries and track shipments proactively to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to deliver outstanding, seamless service results.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to routine process improvement initiatives, keeping our core values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement at the heart of what you do.
  • Professional Diplomacy: Manage multiple priorities under deadlines while maintaining a positive, professional, and diplomatic approach to customer interactions.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of dedicated customer service experience, ideally within a Shared Service Centre (SSC) or multinational/corporate environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong experience with CRM and ERP systems. SAP C11 experience is highly preferred (general ERP training can be provided if you have background in similar systems like Oracle/SAP).
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. An additional European language is highly valued but not required.
  • Education and Certifications: High School diploma or equivalent required; a Government Body award or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Attributes: A proactive problem‑solver with excellent organisational skills, great attention to detail, and a collaborative team attitude.
