Rate of Pay: GBP28 per hour + GBP3.38 accrued holiday pay

Contract: Part-time, with flexible hours

Responsibilities

  • Develop independence and build on their learning strengths.
  • Create essential strategies for organisation and time management.
  • Formulate action plans to successfully stay on track with studies.
  • Build on crucial research skills, including widening knowledge, distinguishing appropriate sources, and correctly using references.
  • Enhance reading and writing comprehension skills.

You are expected to act professionally, maintain confidentiality, and address any student concerns in a timely manner.

Mandatory Qualification Requirements

This is a specialist, Disabled Students Allowance (DSA) funded role. Candidates must adhere strictly to the qualification framework set out by the Department for Education (DfE).

You MUST Possess The Below Qualifications As a Minimum

  • An Undergraduate Degree (Level 6 minimum) along with a Professional Membership.

  • Ability to identify ways of helping students to build on their learning strengths whilst maintaining a confidential and professional working relationship
  • Punctuality and reliability
