Our client is seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to support the leadership of their residential care home, providing high-quality care for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. The Role Responsibilities
- Supporting and mentoring staff to provide safe, high-quality care

Candidate Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within health or social care
- Strong organisational, communication, and team leadership skills
- Commitment to person-centred, flexible, and inclusive care
