Randstad is seeking highly qualified, BACP counsellors to deliver specialised, clinical mental health support within the Higher Education sector at the University of Southampton. In this hybrid role, you will provide professional, short-term, solution-focused therapeutic interventions, managing a student caseload with a structured limit of 6 sessions per student. Rate of pay is GBP28 per session + GBP3.37 holiday pay for every hour worked.
Key Responsibilities

- Hybrid Service Delivery: Effectively manage a caseload split between in-person sessions at the Southampton campus and remote therapeutic work.
- Outcomes Monitoring: Systematically administer clinical outcome measures (e.g., CORE:10) to track and monitor treatment effectiveness.
- Safeguarding and Risk: Strictly adhere to institutional risk assessment and safeguarding protocols for both face-to-face and digital student interactions.
Requirements
